Excellent service. From helping us choose the right tub for us, through delivery and subsequent servicing. Unusually there was an issue with the tub on delivery. This was pointed out to us by the Yorkshire Hot Tub installers before we noticed it. And it was resolved very efficiently with no hassle for ourselves. It's our first tub, so we've had a few questions since installation which have been dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner each time. Glad to have chosen this company and we intend to maintain a long term relationship with them.

Customer service at Yorkshire Hot Tubs was excellent. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery of the hot tub was quick and efficient and again the people that installed it were helpful and friendly. We have had our hot tub for around 6 months now and all the family love it and use it regularly.

They explained their hot tubs without any sales or pushiness, that genuinely allowed us to make the best decision for ourselves. We bought a swim spa from Yorkshire Hot Tubs during lockdown. The service was brilliant - Sam, Melissa and Nick were great at keeping us informed during the various COVID related delays, and then install was quick and faultless. But what has been most impressive is the after sales care - nothing is too much trouble and the team is responsive and always happy to help. A business with a great product but an even greater customer service. Highly recommended!

We recently moved into a new house with a hot tub already there so spoke to Vicki and she couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging for Steve to come out and service the tub and get it all up and running. She made sure we had chemicals and an information sheet of maintenance. No hard sales to buy a brand new tub from them but Steve was so good when he came to service the tub that we have signed up to a yearly service contract. Thanks guys

I have just had my first ever Hot tub delivered after a long wait, due to the worlds problems this year, but it was well worth it. Firstly the staff at the shop have been brilliant keeping me up to date as to when the Tub will arrive, then i was given the offer to up grade to another Tub, as mine was going to be even longer, at NO EXTRA COST brilliant. Secondly,the delivery and installation was swift and efficient Mark and Steve were very professional and gave me all the info i needed and answered any questions i asked. I was given a full run through on how to operate the tub, twice in some cases! and told that if ever i needed advise not to hesitate to call. All in all i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Yorkshire Hot Tubs. Purchased my first hot tub from Yorkshire hot tubs. Was worried as there wasn’t easy access to the garden and they had to bring it in over a wall. Didn’t need to worry though they completed the installation with ease - I am so happy with my purchase, the staff are great, so friendly and don’t mind me asking questions. So glad I choose this company, would definitely recommend them
