Always the best, their chicken cushions are fantastic value at £8 and do me a hot and a cold meal plus sandwiches. I bought 2 fillet steaks for £28 as a special meal for my homecoming son and they were just superb - definitely the best I’ve eaten. All the produce from Lishman’s is top quality and well worth the money.

My wife and I visit Yorkshire once a year and one of the many highlights of our trip is a visit to Lishmans. A top class butcher/deli. A whole range of excellent local produce including beef, pork, venison and lamb. Their sausages, bacon and pudding’s are second to none (the wonky bacon pieces are delicious)The range of pies, cooked meats are also excellent. The people of Ilkley are lucky to have Lishmans. Can’t wait to go back next year. I nearly forgot to mention the extra friendly and helpful staff. Keep up the good work

Called in today whilst visiting Ilkley. Very impressed. Great example of an independent business that prides itself on great quality produce and service and it's clear they've invested in their premises too. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

I first ordered our Christmas meat from Lishman’s in the lockdown holidays of December 2020, when we wanted something a bit special to try and make up for not being able to see family and it did not disappoint in any way. Delicious Turkey Breast very well prepared and fantastic Ham (+pigs in blankets). Fast forward 2 years and we’re now on our 3rd Lishman’s Christmas, which I went to collect today, and will be serving up for extended family in a couple of days time. Shop has had a refurb since I last visited and it looks great - picked up some pies and cheeses too, as well as a fantastic sausage roll I ate on the way home. This is definitely a Christmas tradition we’ll be keeping up, I just wished I lived closer so I could visit more regularly! Thanks for the great produce, keep up the good work!

Excellent hot sandwiches best I have eaten in a long while. I had the roast pork and stuffing and my wife had roast ham. Both had lots of filing in them. The staff very friendly and helpful making me feel like a valued customer even though it was my first time there. Will be going back next time I am in Ilkley.

Simply the best ham and bacon i have ever eaten. I have bought multiple times now and cannot imagine a time when i would not want to. David and Emma both are two of the nicest most professional people anyone could meet. I cannot recommend them or their products high enough.

They have the best freshly made sandwiches and sausage rolls ever!! And I’m holi sing them responsible for my forever expanding waistline too. -*also my dogs are very fond of their pork pies too

My dad was passing on his travel and popped in to collect what I can only describe as the best piece of fillet I’ve ever tasted - my mum cooked beef Wellington for mine and my husbands wedding anniversary which was so tasty, succulent and absolutely delicious! We will be back!

I went in looking for American cuts of meat for hot smoking in traditional American BBQ. They could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or accommodating. They even cut something just for me and what's more it was great value too. Well done and thanks.

After a week on holiday in Ilkley, we stopped off at Lishman's to pick up a few bits and pieces to take home. The quality has been excellent, especially the ham, which is superb. Can't wait for the planned on-line shop so we can get hold of these wonderful products down south.
