James looks after our creatures when we head away for holidays and there is no one I would trust more to look after the menagerie. The cats are always in great spirits when we return, one of them licks the fur off the back of his legs when he isn't pleased with a sitter and we've had no problem since James looks after them. They aren't even too mad at us when we return! As our cats are old, they have accidents from both ends occasionally, and you wouldn't know when you return from holiday as James is always on top of things. He even looks after my unsociable lizard (which most people aren't too keen on) and feeds my fish. We book our holidays around James' availability as we always know the creatures will get the best, loving treatment while we aren't around. The pet shop itself is great, the staff are really lovely and knowledgeable. Tyler-James is one of the best businesses in Ilkley, a must to make use of if you have pets!

Tyler James are fantastic they deliver my dogs food weekly and I can order same day for delivery. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly can highly recommend them and the products they supply.

Our guinea pigs stay at Tyler-James as their holiday home when we're away. It's well priced and the staff are so friendly. Our pigs always well cared for and looked after. We wouldn't choose for them to stay anywhere else!

These guys were very helpful and know there products well. Larger chains kept selling me rubbish to de-fli my house but one visit to to Tyler-James and its sorted.

They were so kind and helpful when my dog had an slight paw injury on the moors, they sorted him out and were so nice about it, when I was a panicky mess. Cannot recommend enough for wonderful service and staff. (Also he's a big fan of the black pudding treats I got there.) Thank you!
