The car is in fantastic condition, but what really made the experience special was the amazing customer service, especially from Andrew. From the moment I enquired, Andrew was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions (and there were quite a few!) and made the whole process feel really easy and reassuring. Booked to view a beautiful 2018 Audi A3 on the website and Andrew got in touch early next day to get me booked in. I lived an hour and a half away and he was very accommodating to work around my availability. Once I arrived on the Saturday, the car was ready at the door and was absolutely immaculate. Andrew was very friendly and chatty, and allowed me to test drive the car on my own, telling me a suitable route to follow. Andrew is very knowledgeable and provides no pressure for buying the car, offering amazing customer service. He told me everything I needed to know about the car (Full Audi service history etc) and I ended up taking out finance on the car, the same day. He helped with all of this and even let me go the next day (Sunday) to pick the car up leaving me enough fuel to get home and extra! The car required a brake fluid change 2 weeks after owning, and Andrew was more than happy to cover the cost of this for me! 10/10 service, extremely recommend! Thanks again Andy!

Excellent service! Only deals in quality cars (e.g ex lease) mainly Volkswagen group cars but mercs, bmw and others also as can be seen from their ad's. We bought a VW Tiguan from them and it's like brand new. Had a good look round the rest of their cars and we were very impressed. Small garage which relies on a great customer service and quality cars but this is not forced as they are genuine people who care about good service but at the same time they are not pushy when it comes to sales. Keighley can seem a bit of a journey out but we'll worth it. I took some pics and wanted to give a great review which I don't normally do because we were so happy.
