An update to our 5* review (should be 6*) - we have had to use Cactus IT today as BT had left us in a real fix when changing from analog to digital - we had no phones or internet with staff wages due to be processed next week. Within 10 minutes Cactus sprung to our help sending Jimmy out on to our site who was able to work his magic and we now at least have full internet and can process wages. Without Cactus we would have been days before BT could have come out......Exceptional service and support from Cactus - can not recommend them more highly!! We have been a customer of Cactus IT for several years now, and have been in receipt of consistent outstanding support. Nothing is ever too much for them, always friendly and keen to help with any technical IT issues I experience.
