Fantastic service from the team at lister Horsfall when taking my mother’s watch in for a battery replacement. Super friendly, welcoming team who always make you feel very welcome in the shop!

I pop in the store and Rosie showed us a warm welcome with kind and professional introduction of Rolex I am interested in. I like her honest comments which saved me a lot of time, and very pleased eventually buying a beautiful GMT piece with her. All five stars and will buy others with her in this store. Also show my gratitude for other gentlemen in the store who helped to adjust wonderful link of belt for my wrist.

Due to family illness I was tasked with finding a Rolex for a keep sake on a very tight time frame. After phoning loads of places that couldn't help even with our tragic situation I was directed to Lister Horsfall and their agent Leslie, from first call he did everything he could and went above and beyond to locate the watch I needed, with constant feedback and photos, I today made the long drive to collect the Rolex and wasn't dissapointed. Fantastic service, fantastic shop, and Leslie 5star + .thank you for making it happen. Adrian and Claire

Outstanding customer service from the team at Ilkley! I recently needed to have my wedding ring resized and had the pleasure of dealing with Sheree. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and made the whole process feel effortless. While I was in the store, I also asked to try on a watch from their display, and the team was more than happy to accommodate. I initially left a deposit with plans to collect the watch when I picked up my ring, but after leaving, I changed my mind and returned to ask if I could take the watch home that day. Sheree was extremely understanding and happily made it happen. It was great to chat to George and Leslie who both took the time to chat with me while Sheree was sizing the watch, which really added to the overall experience. Thanks again to the whole team for such a warm and enjoyable experience!

Trying to purchase a new Deepsea and found it a very cloak and dagger experience if I'm honest. Also a significant delay on returning messages I'm comparing this to other Authorised Rolex Dealers. Had to Source else where.

Service par excellence from the team at Lister Horsfall in Ilkley. As a long-term customer, I have always enjoyed excellent service, and the latest experience was exceptional. My wife and I brought our daughter in to collect her gold necklace as an 18th birthday present, and Sheree made it into a lovely experience for her, with flowers, bubbles and a lovely chat. I cannot recommend Lister Horsfall in Ilkley highly enough to prospective customers. Thank you Sheree, and look forward to seeing you soon.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lister Horsfall in Ilkley, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The purpose of my visit was to purchase a pre-owned watch, and I was assisted by two outstanding individuals, Les and George. From the moment I entered the store, Les and George created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Their extensive knowledge about the specific watch brand and watches, in general, was impressive. They took the time to share valuable insights, answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. It was evident that they were passionate about their craft. The customer service I received from Les and George was outstanding. They not only guided me through the selection process but also ensured that I felt valued and well taken care of. We were able to agree on a fair and reasonable price for the watch, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. What truly stood out was the positive and friendly atmosphere within the store. Every staff member had a genuine smile on their face, creating a welcoming environment. I felt treated with respect and courtesy throughout the entire visit. After this outstanding experience, I am certain that I will be a returning customer at Lister Horsfall and I have full confidence in recommending this jeweller to friends and family, thanks to the exemplary service provided by Les, George, and the entire team. Owner of a Rolex Sub, purchased from Lister Horsfall 2012. The clasp with the crown on the bracelet would not open fully when on. Pulled it hard and the clasp came off. My wife took it into the shop in Ilkley last week and spoke to a young lady staff member. She suggested it was old 2002 which was wrong as the label guarantee they wrote in 2012 stated that date. In her defence the writing was poor. She said the watch needed a new strap £1,500 approximately and that Rolex would not touch it without servicing it. She estimated with service the repair / replacement strap would be £2,500. Hence we walked away. I visited an independent jewellery shop who deals in Rolex watches as well . He said it was a fault he had seen before and the issue was the screw/locking pin on the Clasp had come loose which prevented it opening fully. He removed the pin and re attached the clasp with the same pin and secured it in place. Took 20 minutes for the princely sum of £20.

I visited the Halifax branch to make a special purchase and I was served by Maria. She was absolutely lovely, welcoming, patient professional and well groomed to boot! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made my shopping experience an enjoyable one. Not once did I feel pressured into making the wrong choice. Lister Horsfall Jewellers is an absolute joy to shop there and I shall certainly be back. Thank you Maria, keep up the good work, you are super and doing a great job.

Having visited the Ilkley store today to collect a watch, I was greeted by professional and friendly staff and even offered change for the parking meter. And what a lovely premises! Refurbished and air conditioned, it was a great experience sitting down to view and purchase the item. Thank you George for your expertise and great service. I hope we can do business again in the future.
