Hiya I can’t get in touch through the phone,I’ve been on the waiting list since before the pandemic,I’ve never had a phone call or email or letter to tell me when the date would be I’ve been waiting over 4years now is there any chance someone would be able to contact me please

I’ve just had my braces off and retainers placed in, after 2.5 years with braces, and I couldn’t be any happier with the treatment. My teeth and smile are lovely, I can’t stop smiling! Firstly Damian is the best orthodontist I could have had dealing with my teeth, I trusted him throughout and he did just such an amazing job. He listened to any concerns I had and managed to fix them right away such as one of my teeth started rotating out and I just did not like the appearance so Damian fixed this right away. Damian is amazing and made this experience much nicer, I can’t thank him enough. Naz was there throughout the process helping Damian where possible. She was very funny and I enjoyed having her help with my teeth. She made me feel better about my teeth insecurities and that made me so happy. She was the best! At the reception Julie has been so helpful and friendly towards me. Always seeing how happy she is really just lightens the environment and any nerves anyone may have. Thank you Julie! Another receptionist, Tegan, who I first met at the start of my braces journey, has always had a lovely smile on her face and is very helpful. And just like Julie, it always makes me, everyone else, much happier. Thank you Tegan for being such a good receptionist during my appointments! Would recommend this place to everyone and anyone, would give 100 stars if I could 😊

It’s just an absolute wow from me as to what Damien has done with my daughters teeth.. They are perfect. flawless.. what an amazing man..shame he is retiring and that other kids do not get to experience the professionalism of this man. 5*

As always the staff on reception were really helpful and polite also the dentist man was amazing, he always makes my daughter relaxed and he's very professional in his work 😀 😊 🙂

the staff are amazing i adore the people in the office especially this one lady can’t remember her name and i also like my orthodontist damian he has done my braces from day one and is lovely makes jokes sometimes as i get anxious when someone goes in my mouth like a dentist or something but he makes jokes about it and it makes me laugh he always asked what colour i want and i trust him with my teeth he always makes sure everything’s ok aswell when he is done

Finished with my braces treatment. The receptionists are great and so are the orthodontists, but one ortho who treated on me throughout my treatment was named Damian. He is very rough when dealing with client’s teeth, the braces, cutting the brackets etc. On today’s occasion when getting my braces off he used a sharp tool which made contact with my gum many times, cut it which made me bleed and i as a 19 year old male barely tolerated that so I would recommend parents reading for their children to ask if treatment can be made with another orthodontist as he does not take care at such a sensitive area! When I’m dealing with the women they ask me what colour i’d like my brackets etc which I think are important seeing as though they’re on your teeth for months, he put on a yellow bracket without asking me which i wouldn’t have liked as it practically makes your teeth look more yellow than they are.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 2 years and have had a great experience every appointment, from the most caring and welcoming staff at the reception to the amazing dentists and dental nurses who do their job with care and diligence. I would especially like to mention Julie at reception, she has been so warm and welcoming and made booking appointments over the phone as well as in person an easy and fast process. She is a real asset to the company! The whole practice is amazing and I will actually miss coming for my appointments. Amazing staff, amazing service!

I had my initial consultation for orthodontic treatment with Dr Damian Petrucci at Regent Orthodontics Ilkley in May 2019 and completed my treatment yesterday. Though the pandemic significantly hindered my treatment, I am happy with the result of my teeth. I had always found Dr Petrucci to be accommodating to my requests and concerns - especially towards the end of my treatment when I was very picky about one tooth being slightly out of alignment, which he managed to fix! The dental assistants especially, are an asset to this clinic. Their politeness, professionalism and compassion truly does help with the entire experience. However, my lack of one star is due to having been a private patient. This clinic is very busy with NHS patients, which makes it a little unfortunate for those such as myself who have paid thousands yet still have to endure long waiting times. That said, my overall experience with Regent Orthodontics has been pleasant.

Lovely helpful friendly staff, nothing ever too much trouble. Have always found Damien to have the patience of a saint putting up with the high maintenance daughter. Yes, he's busy but he's friendly, chatty & efficient. Takes the time to explain what he's doing & why

Excellent experience in general I would definitely recommend just avoid Damien, had him on one occasion and it was the worst experience I’ve had there Honestly left with cuts on my lips and bleeding, swollen gums. He was understandably busy and in a rush but I felt aggression from him during my visit which is not a good sign Other than him definitely come here the other orthodontics are very respectful and caring
