Exceptional B&B - completely renovated with new superhosts making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. High quality locally-sourced traditional British breakfast or try their top quality authentic Japanese breakfast/dinner. Beds are super-comfortable - have new top-of-the-range Hypnos mattresses.

Really lovely BnB with such friendly owners. Room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Loads of choice for breakfast including freshly baked bread, full English, and traditional Japanese breakfast. We tried the Japanese breakfast and it was delicious.

Arrived unannounced like a drowned rat off a pirate ship in the middle of Storm Babet. Rika and Peter could not have been more welcoming. The twin-single was boutique in its style, as was the rest of the Guest House. Luxurious soft towels, hot water on tap. TV available in the room. Dinner had ended for the day but to save me a trip back out in the torrential rain Rika produced a pasta dish to die for. Pasta and pesto she had made herself. Felt really cared for. Couldn't ask for a nicer venue to stay in Ilkley, or nicer people to stay with. Walking distance from the train station and the Moors. Thank you Rika and Peter.

Superb stay, wonderful hosts, spotless and tranquil rooms with super beds, amazing showers and great food (homemade bread!) Very convenient short walk from Ilkley station and local amenities, every detail is thought of to make your stay comfortable and there’s a guest lounge with a piano. Already planning return trip! This was by far mine and my partners' favorite accomodation while visiting the UK. Rika and Peter are such kind and gracious hosts. The house itself is gorgeous and you can tell there's a lot of history behind it. Rika includes a guest book in each room detailing her back story, places in Ilkley of interest, Peter's takes on all of the Ilkley eateries, history about the house, and menus. Things we were particularly impressed by: Included US -> UK charging adapter in each room--something we did not find in any of the hotels we've stayed at. A JACUZZI BATH!!! All of the ammenities you would find in a hotel. Gorgeous decorations from all over the world. Very close by to the train station and a big Tesco. And of course, the menu options. I can tell Rika can throw down in the kitchen from the pictures on the menu. We unfortunately had to catch the train at an unholy hour, so we didn't get to try the Japanese breakfast, but she still kindly offered us bread before we left :). If we ever find ourselves in Ilkley again, this will hands down be where we stay. Thank you, Rika!!!

Lovely, spotless clean and comfortable accommodation. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well prepared and presented. Would highly recommended this B&B if you’re looking to stay in Ilkley.

Really really good. Rooms spotless. Our hosts Rika and Peter made us feel very welcome. If you can try Rikas Japanese dinner menu. Absolutely superb- such attention to detail and presentation. It is necessary to pre book dinner. We will stay nowhere else in Ilkley. Rooms: Very well equipped- great bathroom and super clean. Food & drinks: Try the Japanese dinner menu if you can. Fantastic range of homemade breads for breakfast alongside a great breakfast menu.

A superb little Guest House located close to the Town Centre. Lovely clean room and fantastic food inc an array of home made breads, all beautifully served. A couple of very personable owners and in every way is akin to a classy boutique style place. The House contains a wonderful array of furniture, artworks and furnishings. Also a great guide provided to the Eateries and Hostelries available in the Town. All round a pleasure to visit. Highly Recommmended.

Wonderful stay for one night at this gorgeous little guest house. The owners Rika and Peter were fab hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, both so welcoming. Great value for money in Ilkley, including an impressive breakfast with homemade bread and a great choice of cooked breakfast options. Both Rika and Peter create a homely feel without being overbearing and the rooms were clean with modern decor. We were in Ilkley for a friend's wedding at The Craiglands Hotel and chose One Tivoli Place for it's location (4 min walk away) and has on-street parking. Would definitely recommend One Tivoli Place to anyone wanting to visit Ilkley!
