Hannah has been so supportive through this process. We had a few hurdles to overcome but we got there and the baby is settling herself and sleeping in her own room! Hannah is very informative and makes you feel very comfortable. She reassures you when you’re tired and stressed! Very happy!

I reached out to Hannah when I didn't know what else to do Hannah, my LO would only contact nap and nap for short periods of time. Hannah helped me to increase the duration of naps and to get naps in the cot. Hannah has been so supportive and always replied promptly when I have any questions for her.
I have and will continue to recommend her.

This is more than a job for Hannah, it is her passion. It’s evident in her quick responses and how she works with you until you are ready and feel confident on your own. She doesn’t just solve the issue but empowers you by giving you the knowledge and understanding of each and every situation. Hannah enabled me to be a better mom. My mental health was struggling from months and months of sleep deprivation and I could no longer cope. I was so lucky to have found her services and wish every mom struggling could have her support.
To this day my husband keeps saying it has been the best money ever spent.

Hannah has been amazing support helping with our 6month old who was waking every 1.5hr and crying at every bedtime and sleeping on me for all naps. With a really gentle gradual method he can now self settle for bedtimes and naps and just wakes for one quick feed a night. Hannah has been so responsive and helpful with her advice and guidance. We’ve made a few tweaks over the last few months with Hannah’s support. I feel like I’ve got my personality back and love spending days with my boy again! Thank you Hannah!!!

When we first started our sleep journey Hannah offered intensive support and advice which, as this was much appreciated and needed! As the days turned to weeks we thought we had the hang of things and then our little girl became poorly and all of a sudden wouldn’t sleep once she was better, so again Hannah was there for us yet again with advice and support and even checked in on us to see how things were. Having Hannah’s sleep method and support really has been literally life changing for us as a couple, and a family. And we will be forever grateful and thankful to her and now recommend her to any families we know who are struggling with sleep! Her social media accounts also post really helpful tips and advice which I still pick up on now!

Hannah has been amazing with our twins! We’re all about a gentle approach, and initially I was really wary of sleep training of any sort, but Hannah’s offers various different approaches to suit you and your children. She’s wonderfully supportive and always checking in. Our boys have gone from waking several times a night and sleeping with us constantly to loving their own bed and sleeping until morning before they climb in with us :) would definitely recommend a chat with Hannah to see what its all about, she’s just the loveliest person and makes the whole process enjoyable rather than stressful. Thank you Hannah! :)

Hannah really helped us with our little one. Since transitioning to a bed and having a loss we were in the habit of holding our sons hand to get him to sleep, he was waking multiple times in the night and only settling if one of us was sleeping on the floor in his room.
We reached out to Hannah and she helped us break these habits, our son now self settles himself and sleeps through the night! Hannah was there every step of the way ready to help us whenever we needed it. We would and have recommended her to anyone we know struggling with their little ones sleep!

Hannah is brilliant!!! I decided to get support from Hannah after serious sleep deprivation. My little one would only fall asleep being bounced on a yoga ball, we was spending hours overnight and throughout the day on it trying to get him to sleep, his naps were no longer than 30-40mins. A good night was around 6 wakings but sometimes we could be up every hour. After following Hannah on Instagram for some time we decided to take the plunge and get 1:1 support. Hannah offered us different options to try and wean off of the yoga ball and for little one to be able to self settle. I felt really informed on my options and decided on one. Once decided she gave an in-depth plan, and whenever I had questions she was very responsive and offered support and reassurance throughout. I never thought I’d be writing this but after one day after the plan my little one was self settling and having one wake for a feed, one night he slept the whole way through (never thought that was possible!!) As a family we are so grateful for Hannah’s advice and support and would seriously recommend to anyone if you are not feeling confident in what to do and fed up of the contradictory advise online and over social media get in touch with her and talk through your options. Thank you so much Hannah ❤️

After having trouble with our little one going to bed we sought help with Hannah and we were amazed with the result! We followed the plan Hannah set for us and she was there to support right the way through the process for any questions and updates. We have since asked questions now and again and Hannah never minds answering - she is reassuring, helpful and so friendly! It really does work and we would highly recommend! Thanks Hannah x

Hannah was absolutely brilliant with helping my 6 month old boy getting back on track with his sleep. I’d had weeks of him being up every hour and was at my wits end, then after speaking to Hannah and together deciding on the right plan everything changed almost instantly. I now have a very happy 1 year old boy that has slept through the night consistently since 8 months old and I honestly don’t think I could have got to that point without Hannah’s plan!
