Clothes prices have jumped up a lot

Love Fat Face and especially the Ilkley store. Emma and Beth are so helpful and welcoming.

Great store,friendly staff, nice clothing.

Sad to say we rang the ilkley store from the Skipton store as they showed stock of an item to be met with very poor levels of customer service. I understand they are busy but a blatant refusal to help and told to call in on Boxing Day was not well received. Sorry Fatface, I expected better customer service from your brand. What’s even sadder is this review has been ignored.

Noticed I left a review saying how great this store was 2 years ago. Went in today and the service was sadly really lacking. They didn't know the products, expected me to understand the online vs in-store returns process, and unfortunately we're actually really rude. A customer is a customer. Maybe think about the concept of serving and service. Missed out on some sales and future ones. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We visited the store last week as we were on holiday in the area. It’s an average size shop and seems to be set out ok . Staff friendly BUT unfortunately do to my disability and a male I could not access the men’s department as it’s up a large staircase Looked around but could see no lift . Sad 😔 that it’s not set out half male and half female on each level at least I could have had a opportunity to look at something !!!

Always enjoy a shop in hear and dog friendly. Big big thanks to Heather who went well over and above last sunday to retrieve jumper I had bought there the left on a bench. Many many thanks. Dawn
