Ben is was a talented and patient teacher for my son when he was doing GCSE music

My son really enjoys lessons with Ben and feels he's making great progress. We like how he tailors the music to his personal preferences so he is much more motivated to practise and really enjoys guitar.

I look forward to my lessons and really enjoy them. I’m improving and learning a lot about music and guitar music as well.

Ben is an excellent piano teacher for my 10 year old son. His passion for music is clear, and he teaches with just the right amount of focus, positivity and encouragement to keep him engaged and motivated. Best of all, he is open to children learning just for the enjoyment of playing, if they decide not to do grades, and has already got my son playing an arrangement based on his favourite pop song. He is keen to develop the skills of reading music and playing by ear, which is refreshing and great for budding musicians.

Ben is an excellent guitar teacher & very patient with my teenage son. He will teach formal grades aswell as music the pupil likes personally. He has also helped with buying new equipment which if you're not a musical parent is great.

Ben recently started teaching my 11 year old son keyboard. He's playing modern pieces, which he's happy to practice, is enjoying the lessons and progressing well. Ben emails the pieces through after each lesson and is responsive to queries etc. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
