Having never bought a made to measure suit before I now understand what all the fuss is about. Great choice of fabric and obvious depth of knowledge as to what suits one the best. I recently shopped around a few tailors around the city, looking for one I felt comfortable with. The first thing that made me think I'd found the right tailor when I spoke to Graham, was that when I outlined to him what I was looking for, instead of just nodding and agreeing with me he said "No.....don't, that's a bad choice for you - hear me out and I'll tell you why" Everything he subsequently described made absolute sense, and between us we put together what I think is an absolutely brilliant suit from the cloth and lining through to the cut and finish. It's had tons of positive comments since I've been wearing it, and I couldn't be happier with it. I will 100% go back to Graham when I need another. He really knows his craft, puts you at ease and has got some belting stories to share! Thanks Graham, you're a diamond.

Norton & Townsend made my wedding suit and the waistcoat for my daughter's outfit. My tailor, Richard, helped me select the fabrics - a 340g wool cloth from Glorious Twelth for jacket and trousers, English Mohair for the waistcoat and white cotton for the shirt - and we discussed styling at length. We went single breasted (we did consider double) with a wider lapel for the jacket and single pleated trousers with side adjusters and brace buttons. I asked for a fuller cut which produced a suit with a very pleasing silhouette. The styling and tailoring of all the items were just right.

Gordon was a terrific guy to deal with. No pressure, great advice. I had a business suit made to measure. Fabric is excellent, best fitted suit I have had made in 30 years in the City, really marvellous and at a reasonable price. He said it would take 6 weeks and it was on time. On budget and exceeded expectations. I will be a returning customer.

I was recommended by a friend to go to Graham for my wedding tux. It was a great decision. We worked on an excellent looking midnight blue tux with a velvet lapel. We put together a custom lining which i never thought possible, and it all came out amazingly well. I would highly recommend Graham for any occasion.
